I'm originally from New York and moved to California in 2009.  While in New York, I held a notary commission for one term. I received my California notary commission in 2013 and was renewed in 2017 and 2021.  I am a seasoned executive assistant with over 25 years experience so, customer service, organization and attention to detail are built right into my fundamental makeup.  In my tenure as a California notary, I have notarized over 3000 documents, which includes, loan docs (buyer, seller, refinance, commercial, home equity, reverse mortgage), powers of attorney, trust/will packages, minor/spousal consents, lien waivers/releases and various contracts and agreements. I keep updated on all notary laws and best practices and take pride in the wealth of notary and loan document knowledge I have accumulated over the years.
